When you fire at someone sitting on a base and there health doesn't go down, is that a bug or some major lag issue? Or am I missing some really obvious trick? My health always goes down when I'm shot at.
If its a bug, does anyone have a list of all the bugs in the game (I appreciate it might be a long list)?

Well I've tried starting and stopping and I have to accelerate for a good 3-4 seconds before stopping refreshes my health. I always have to click the radar button to get my health back quickly! What I see is the health bar instantly refreshing for a long time as I'm firing at them.
